Maldives Polytechnic opened applications for National Certificate 3 Courses

Maldives Polytechnic opened applications for National Certificate 3 courses under "Skill for a Resilient Workforce"  Program. 

In a post through their social media Platforms they opened applications for National Certificate 3 in Plumbing, National Certificate 3 in Construction Site Supervision and National Certificate in Health and Safety in Construction. The deadline for courses are 8th September 2021 as polytechnic stated. In addition the duration of the courses are 6 months, which is 2 months On-campus theory classes and 4 months internship program.

"Skills for a Resilient Workforce"  program is a initiative by the government to develop the skills of the youth workforce needed for the Maldivian labour market. 

In addition the program is initiated by the Ministry of Higher Education in collaboration with Maldives Polytechnic, TVET Authority and Meery Project of the World Bank.
